The height of horse isn't the problem, what you will have to be careful of is the weight. The van fully converted to our Part conversion spec weighs approx 2,100kg, which enables you to carry approximately 1,400kg.

We currently have approximately 20 donor vehicles ready for your build, the above prices are just a rough idea of the price on each year.

Some chassis have low mileage and others higher but the fact that each vehicle is checked thoroughly by an independent Mechanic that gives us a breakdown of each individual chassis. The ones that we are happy to accept are serviced along with the cam belt and any advisories given are dealt with.

We are then happy to supply six months warranty on all our chassis,(Standard spec or higher) 12 months m.o.t and 12 months warranty on the build.

Just to confirm the prices do include a colour of your choice, built to our standard spec along with the aftercare service above.

(The re-spray in your choice of colour is an optional extra for Part conversions)

A selection of 03/04 donor vehicles (8 available) all NEW FACE LIFT with AIR CON to horse area, various milages but all will have new cam belts serviced and 12 months mot upon collection/ delivery.
For the above price we start with the BASIC part conversion but can go to any spec that you require. have a look on our website for more info on our standard spec and more.

BASIC Conversions as priced include: A Renault Master 03/04 chassis. 2.5 dci engine,3.5 tonne.
roof vent, partition, Equi-matt rubber flooring, three variations of breast bar to choose from, along with horse length, A top door and fully clad ramp. All the strenghtening needed to travel your horses safetly.
These Cracking vehicles have seven foot one inches interior which allows you to travel 16.2hh. the payload of the vehicles depend alot on what spec you have but as an example the Basic spec would be in the region of 1400kgs carrying capacity. This is the lightest that anyone could produce, if you need to carry more weight then you would have to start looking at hgv 4 tonne.
